Peter Arcane ~ Psychic Entertainer

Born in Edinburgh in 1971.

At the tender age of five, young Peter Arcane sat on his grandmother's knee, watching with fascination as she read the cards and tea leaves. Recognising that he was a fourth generation psychic with the ability to match his interest.

Peter's grandmother carefully introduced him to all the different methods of divination: palmistry, tarot, numerology, casting dice and reading playing cards.

She was so impressed with Peter’s natural gifts that she insisted he spend his summers with her learning the craft. She thought he was the most gifted psychic the family had seen for generations, and wanted to help improve his natural talents. Peter’s grandmother believed he had a very old and wise soul which helped him be more in touch with his intuition.

After his grandmother passed away, Peter's interest and gift was sidelined as other teenage interests took hold. It wasn't until his late teens that his interest in the "Arts" was rekindled by a fascination with stage and close-up magic. So now he had the best of both worlds: Magic…and Magick.

Peter found that he could incorporate his natural gift into his magic - and very quickly found he had more people wanting him to read the cards than make them disappear!

For the last twenty years, Peter has provided entertainment for clients including The National Trust of Scotland, Glasgow Health Board, the Scottish Astrological Association, Standard Life Assurance Company, Visit Scotland, The Entertainment Company, The Northern Belle (Orient Express), Ocean Terminal (Edinburgh), The Hallion (Edinburgh), Costa Coffee, Macdonald Hotels, Diageo and Barrs.
